I have bent to the high demand for list posts – but only as a test to see what kind of reaction they get from our audience. Over at F-Buddy Australia we recently published a list of the most voted for places to have sex in this year. It didn’t cover a specific geographic location (more like a number of different locations), but for our Ireland members we thought we’d be a little more specific. So brace yourselves ladies and gentleman, for the top most popular places in Ireland to have sex at (or in!).

The Legalities
Firstly it’s important to know the legalities of what you can or cannot do in Ireland. Breaking the law would not be a good idea. So here are the main rules:

• It’s illegal to have sex with anyone under the age of 17
• Sex in a public place could see you hauled before a judge for gross indecency and misconduct if you get caught

Top Places

1. Giant’s Causeway
This stunningly beautiful area in Northern Ireland is the result of an ancient volcanic eruption many years ago. It looks like the rock surface has tried to form its own version of a city. It’s popular with tourists and with couples trying to do the dirty in a national heritage sight.

2. Harold’s Cross Church in Dublin
People have climbed onto the roof of the church in Dublin and had sex there with a great view of the city. Having the sight of a European looking city in your field of vision whilst you’re doing the dirty is a tantalising delight for many.

3. Trinity College Library – Dublin
The capital city is a popular spot for popular fun. If you can managed to get away with getting your end away in one of the most famous libraries in Ireland, my hat goes off to you. That said a lot of students are doing it on a regular basis. Obviously the fear of getting caught is appealing to undergrads.

4. The Bogs of Galway
Having sex in a bog has never been my idea of fun time, but according to many sex nuts, nothing’s better than getting dirty whilst you’re doing the dirty. Because they’re remote and miles from anyone, the chances of being caught with your boxers of knickers round your ankles is lower than in the city. That said, make sure you don’t get stuck or sink!

5. Craggy Island (Glenquin)
For anyone who’s a fan of Father Ted the location of the famous parochial house of Craggy Island is on the hit list for shagging. Most of the location work for the hit comedy show about 3 mismatched Catholic Priests and their nutty housekeeper was done in County Clare.

I usually hate list blogs. There are so many sites doing them now that I wonder if we’ll ever get anything decent written on the web anymore. However the trouble with list blogs is that they do attract a lot of readers. Despite my sneering of them, list blogs gain a higher click through rate than any other blogs. Unless your blog has a really catchy title, a list blog is a sure fire way to draw in an audience. So despite me objections, I have agreed to do some lists posts and see what our own audience makes of them.
As the summer is starting to creep its way in I thought we’d start by listing the most popular places to have sex this year.

1. The Grand Canyon
This is a tough one to pull off, but you’ll be a legend if you manage to do it. To be honest all you have to really do is nip into the toilets at the Canyon for a quickie, but the real challenge is to try and do it somewhere on the canyon itself.

2. A Public Swimming Bath
There’s a public theme going on here isn’t there? Again doing it in the changing rooms or toilets is easy. Try a discreet area of the swimming bath and see how long it takes before you’re caught.

3. A Friend’s House
If you and your buddy can manage to have sex at a friend’s house whilst your friend is there, our hat goes off to you. Double points if you can do it in the same room without anyone noticing.

4. Whilst Everyone Else is Asleep
If you have a lot of you asleep in the same room, try having a discreet fuck whilst everyone else is out for the count. Bonus points if you can make some noise without waking anyone up.

5. On The Train
