You get to have sex whenever you want it, you get to be the person that they call on whenever they want to have sex so you feel wanted, oh and lastly, did I mention the sex?! Having a no strings attached relationship really is great, but the one thing you don’t want are any surprise stings appearing. One of the most difficult ones is if you get pregnant. That would be bad, very, very bad. So, to help with that, here are the steps you can take to ensure that you never get pregnant accidentally.

Take the pill

Taking the pill is a great way to ensure that you do not get pregnant. It can have additional benefits such as helping to regulate your periods. You can be on the pill long-term, so you can take it for years and years and that not be a problem at all for you or your body. This makes it a really great solution, particularly since there are so very few side effects to using it. As the woman, you take it, you are in control, you know you are safe.

What happens if you forget to take the pill

If you forget to take it the most important thing to do is to not ignore this. Make sure that you go and get the “morning-after pill” to ensure that you do not get pregnant. Unlike the name, this can actually be taken up to 72 hours after you have had unprotected sex, so there is time to go and fix the issue before it becomes an issue.

What if I am taking other medication?

Taking other medication can interfere with the pill, which could result in an unwanted surprise for you and your fuck buddy down the line! If you are on medication the best thing to do is to check and be sure. If it interferes, do not rely on the pill during that time.

Use a condom

Using a condom is one of the best protective measures you can take. As well as pregnancy, it also stops the spread of STIs so it is a really good thing to use with a fuck buddy. It can be used instead of the pill if you have other medication that stops its effectiveness, but it can also be used with the pill for double protection.

So those are 2 great ways to make sure that you don’t get pregnant. Have fun!
Wed, 29 Jun 2022 23:40:52 +0000 EdBennett 6829 at https://www.f-buddy.com https://www.f-buddy.com/ireland/blog/how-not-get-pregnant-when-fuck-buddy-women#comments Why safe sex is so important https://www.f-buddy.com/ireland/blog/why-safe-sex-so-important

21 Jun 2014 - 15:00 | Tags: safe sex important

We’ve discussed this topic before on the f-buddy blog, but we have to return to it repeatedly. I was surfing the internet just this morning and I stumbled across a site that shares people’s stories of casual sex and instant hook ups. They were all quite interesting, kinky and in one case laugh out loud funny. However a common thread ran through each of the stories and it sent a chill running down the back of my spine. None of the people sharing their stories used contraceptives or any kind of protection against STIs. The worst bit was that they were all quite open and honest about it, and about 60% of the people sharing their hook up stories were female.

Kind of puts paid to the myth that only women give a shit about safe sex doesn’t it?

BASIC CASUAL SEX RULES PEOPLE!

Here’s a question for you to ponder.

Would you want to eat food handled by someone you saw sneeze into it? No? Would you want to lick the dirt off your shoes? No?

Of course you wouldn’t! You’re a smart person (presumably) and wouldn’t want to risk getting ill.

So why would you willingly engage in unprotected sex with someone you’d just met?

Sex is great and we can all agree that it often feels so much better without using a condom. Yet condoms have saved millions of lives whilst allowing us to fuck like bunnies at the same time. This myth that condoms reduce the sensation is old news and untrue. You can get so many different varieties of condoms now including ones that are extra fine to increase sensation during intercourse. There really is no excuse not to be using them! Not only do they protect you from unwanted pregnancy but they also safeguard against any sexually transmitted infections or diseases.

Sex for the first time should always be safe
Don’t get us wrong! Once you’ve gotten to know someone and have developed a level of trust that is implicit (which usually comes from being in a monogamous relationship) feel free to have all the unprotected sex you want! But when you have unprotected sex with someone you don’t know that well, you are not only sleeping with them, you are also sleeping with all the other people they have slept with. Your new fuck buddy might be totally trustworthy, but who’s to say that everyone they previously slept with was?

When you are in the casual hook up scene and you’re having sex with someone new, don’t be a prick – put a Johnnie on your dick!
Sat, 21 Jun 2014 14:00:00 +0000 EdBennett 6264 at https://www.f-buddy.com https://www.f-buddy.com/ireland/blog/why-safe-sex-so-important#comments
