When it comes to having sex, most of our desires and wants are driven from a place that has nothing to do with logic. We are built to seek the genetic variation. When we have kids, our genes combine to make their child. If one person has a defective gene, say they have a gene that gives them a heart problem, the baby, as it is growing, will naturally choose to use the other person’s gene, the one that builds a perfectly decent working heart. This means that we are looking for two things: someone who looks super healthy and without problems; someone who looks different enough from us that they have alternative genes to offer. Whilst most sex is had for pleasure, without any chance of children, our bodies do not know this. Our bodies still drive us to fuck our fuck buddies because it wants to procreate. This means trying to push us to find that beauty and variation of genes.

The amount of times I’ve been asked these questions makes me wonder if I have the words “SEX ADDICT” tattooed on my forehead. However these are perfectly reasonable questions to ask nowadays. At least that’s what people in the office tell me.

The old cliché of having sex on a plane is a cliché for a reason; people do it because of the risk factor.
