Does Class Decide Your Sex Life? Part 1: The Classes

5 Apr 2014 - 17:06

There are many differences between the sexual habits of those from different classes. In fact in general the topic and act of sex is one of the most defining aspects of class in many ways. Afterall the use or lack there of of contraception is a big force in the world in relation to class. But I however want to ask a more interesting question than just if class has an effect but whether this effect is irreversible or if you can control your sexuality regardless of your class.

So first to lay the grounds let's look at sexual attitudes as they apply to class:

1. Working Class: The typical stereotype here is the lack of sex education leading to dysfunctional relationships that lead to unwanted or planned pregnancies and unhappy sex lives driven by a lack of communication in the relationship. Further to this there is a typically courser attitude to sexual relationships. Where the pursuit may be more overt and perhaps even misogynistic.

2. Middle Class: The middle class are considered the uptight ones when it comes to sex. They are all too busy telling everyone what they should not be doing in the bedroom but seem to be unable to express anything about what they do want to do. Or what this theoretical person should be doing. This person is perhaps the most likely to be very kinky in terms of sex and domination due to their overly protected upbringing leading them to want to find sexual release through scary unusual experiences. Furthermore this class of poeple may most often find themselves failing to excite each other enough to even have sex in the first place leading to sexless relationships.

3. Upper class: The upper class is considered the dirty people that will step over anybody to get what they want in the bedroom, seeking sexual exploits constantly and using their ample financials to get what they want. Also in this class you will find the person that does not have the time to make normal relationships and this will structure their sex life as well. Lastly the very traditional upper class habit is to plan breeding and only marry into families that are of either greater or equal power and influence as their own. This using of sex as a tool to be used to get what you want is typical of a traditionally upper class person.

So these are our stereotypes that I will run down one by one over the next few days. Read on next time to find out how you can shift forward with your sex life and find real adventure.
